Cons: Performance
While this oven may look the goods, it performs poorly. We bought this oven mainly for heating frozen meals. Unfortunately, what we found is that the meals are often not heated properly all the way through & sometimes there are still frozen spots, even when increasing the heating time.

Disappointing results with frozen dinners

Cons: Performance
We purchased this microwave as it would appear to allow us to place two frozen dinners side by side and heat them both up simply and easily. Unfortunately we found great inconsistency with very very hot spots and then areas that were still frozen solid - no exageration. Clearly there is uneven heating across the plate as we have not had this problem with other microwaves.

Pros: Performance, Value for Money, Quality, Easy to Use, Design
Been very happy with the purchase -- more than met expectations - and all my cookware can now fit in as it does not need to spin.
Very easy to operate as well --
and keeps alot cleaner with the flat bed easy to wipe over
